I missed Friday…Anywho, today’s topic: FUN!
I’m a huge Star Wars fan and now my toddler is faling in love with it too. He seems to only be a fan of Darth Vader, but maybe that’s because we met him at ICON.
In honor of one of the most epric, series, EVER, I give you this:

I love Star Wars. I also love to hate on the newer prequels, but the truth is, I'll still watch them on TV 🙂 It's just frustrating that even with great actors, the prequels had so many terrible lines, hammy acting (which I attribute to poor direction) and special effects that took the place of better storytelling. I only bring it up because I think it could have been done so much better.
My favorite of the original 3 is Empire, mostly because I love everything on Hoth. If I ever do any cosplay I really want Leia's Hoth snowsuit (I do have a Leia wig already from an old Halloween costume).

Mine is Return of the Jedi. Loved the Ewoks and Jabba.
The prequels are okay. There are a few aspects I like. I hated the romance. Didn't feel the connection between Anakin and Padmi. But I still watch them ><
That's awesome! I loved the original three films. I like Empire the best, but Return of the Jedi is a very close second. I can't wait until my son is a little older and starts getting into Star Wars. Have a Happy Mother's Day!
I bought my son a star wars hoodie from Target, coolest sweatshirt, ever. It's awesome that he's into it.
Count me in as another lifetime SW fan, but I agree about the prequels. The posters are hilarious.

Oh man. We have so much in common, but I'm not a Star Wars fan. 🙁 One of the ladies from my critique group is though, she's a HUGE fan. I don't know why I'm not a big fan, I'm the right age, I like Sci-Fi, it's weird. I do like the Ewoks! Is that sad? LOL

I have always been a Star Wars fan–and I thought I knew a far amount about it, until I met my fiance. Now I realize what true fandom looks like. 🙂
