here’s the goodreads blurb:
Hopeless he’ll never be
more than the boy who didn’t save his brother, 17-year-old Avikar
accepts his life as the family stable boy, trying to forget the past.
But when his sister, Jeslyn, is kidnapped, the thought of losing another
sibling catapults him on a desperate quest. With his best friend by his
side, and using the tracking skills he learned from his father, he
discovers Jeslyn has been taken, kidnapped by one Lucino, the young lord
of Daath, a mystical place thought only to exist in fables.
And Lucino has plans for Jeslyn.
Now be a doll and go add it to your tbr ; )
Uh oh. "Plans for Jeslyn" does NOT sound good. Off to add to Goodreads….
I just saw this in a newsletter. Spooky cover. The blurb sure draws you in. Congratulations.
Congrats, Eliza! You must be so excited! 🙂
Congrats! I like the black, white, and red combo.
thanks. The whole series will be themed white/ black/ and one color
Done! Love how the cover turned out. 😀
what a great blurb – I love the sound of this!
And your cover artist is very talented. Did you draw it?
My husband did. One of the great aspects of publishing with a small press is having input on the cover. This never would have happened with one of the bigger ones.
Congratulations! You must be dancing the dance. The blurb really pulls you in. Well, it pulled me in. Very dramatic cover. Black, white with a touch of red of course adds to.
Thrilled for you, Eliza!! The blurb sounds amazing. Congratulations!
yay! I have my editor to thank for that. He chopped a lot out : )
