Do You Want it?

It’s Sunday! Which means I give an update on my weight loss journey. This momma is down 18lbs and 18.5 inches

These are not my most flattering photos, and I’m pretty sure most of the time I’m a hot mess, BUT guess what…losing weight is not pretty. It’s hard, messy, you have to dig deep and you have to WANT IT💯

There’s no difference between you and me. Why have I been able to crush my weight loss goals? Because I want it.

You say you want to lose weight, but how motivated are you? Do you REALLY want it? If you are 100% in, message me or comment. Stop worrying about all the “what ifs” and JUST DO IT.

The only thing stopping you is YOU
